Is there an IRS restriction on withdrawing company contributions and earnings under a hardship withdrawal?
JPM will allow only employee contributions to be withdrawn. JPM fails to provide documentation for this restriction and only references proposed legislation for similar accounts. |

If you have a copy of the SPD/Plan Document..... it should be there under the distributions section that from which sources you can withdraw your invested
money as Hardship.
