Neither my 401k loan documents, nor the company plan documents make any mention of partial prepayments not acceptable by the plan.

			<description><![CDATA[ I have my 401k through UPS.  I knew they had restrictions for withdrawals but was unaware they are also for loans.  I spoke with a citibank employee who said
UPS is their only company who has these restrictions for loans.  When I asked her if there was a way around it she said send in forms from home owners policy

			<description><![CDATA[ In 2005 I defaulted on two 401k loans and received a 1099 form for both.  The penalties and taxes were paid in 2006 because they were considered disbursements.
 However,  Charles Schwab continues to extract loan administration fees from my account and says they will continue to do so until the loan is repaid.  If the
default was considered a withdrawal and all taxes, fees and penalties were paid,  how can they continue to withdraw administration loan fees from my account
