New to 401K. The company I work for has made all HCE not eligible for the 401K except the president (who is the owner.)  That means that after one year of
working I now find I am uneligible, even though I was enticed by a great 401K plan when I interviewed.  The 401k is only a year old thus far and NHCE are
eligible.  There are 4 HCEs including the owner and 30 NHCE.  Is this legal?
