I got the early retirement package from my ex-company. Company paid me some 401k match money and some severance pay. Since I will not be employed, is any way I
can still contribute some catch up this year or next year to the plan. I heard some deferred compensation has pre-retirement catch up? Is it applied to this?

			<description><![CDATA[ ok so I&#39;m on my 4th job now and I have 4 401ks. I took 3 of those 4 and rolled them into a traditional ira.  I also opened up a roth ira.  My plan was to
wait for the new agi rules to go into effect jan 1 2010 and roll the money in my traditional into my roth.  That still leaves me with my current 401k.  my
question is that when I leave my current company at some point will I be able to still roll that 401k into my roth?  Essentially I&#39;m asking if you can roll

			<description><![CDATA[ I contributed money to a Solo 401(k) for tax years 2008 and 2009. I contributed $5,000 for &#39;08 and $8,000 for &#39;09. I wanted to combine these
contributions and just have the total $13,000 applied to 2008 so I could have a larger tax deduction. I filed an extension on my tax return, so I had until
October 15 to make contributions. I called the fund company where my Solo 401(k) is held, and they said that it does not matter what tax year I indicate on my

stamps? Public assistance?

now telling me that they can&#39;t.  In addition to being safe harbor, they are also top heavy, so a 3% contribution is required for multiple reasons.  Are
